You may know how powerful doTERRA oils are but for many people it’s the business side that throws them off. Simply they don’t know how to maximize their commissions or how to start earning. I can tell you two things. It is actually extremely simple to understand and I will help you do that. Secondly once you grasp it,  you will find the business opportunity is as extraordinary as the products. 

Before we discuss the Compensation Plans I’d like to raise a few important statements. 

Firstly, I am yet to meet a person making  a profit in their doTERRA business that doesn’t use the oils as part of their everyday routine. Many  joined for the business opportunity but very soon after fell in love with the products.

In essence, building a business becomes so much easier and less risk adverse when you truly believe in what you are sharing!

It’s a great opportunity for people with a real passion for natural, safe and cost effective solutions. You just need to find your market and niche. For me, I work best with business people through leveraging their contacts and assisting in building their doTERRA business.

3 steps to start earning

1. Become a wholesale member of doTERRA with the Mr Oils Team.

It doesn’t matter where you are based around the world. I will give you my absolute support. My advice is to order an enrolment kit as that gives you at least 10 popular oils at the best value. Then use them for yourself and share – After all, it simply won’t work to just share brochures and web links as people need an oil experience for themselves!  

2. Read up on your first 90 days with doterra here

One of the first steps to earning with doTERRA is creating value. Invest in an Empower Kit for just $30 which can be ordered through your virtual office. It includes:
32 Event Invitation, 30 Nature’s Solutions Booklets (Each booklet includes a Class Outline, Product Order Form, Enrolment Kit Flyers, and Enrolment Forms) and 10x5mL Wild Orange oils.

Organise a workshop with people that have shown interest in oils. Otherwise make a time to meet one on one for a coffee. Many people prefer and appreciate a personalized chat.

Casually share your oils around without bombarding people. This worked wonders for me at cafes when I would put a few drops of lemon in my water. It always got the waitress and waiters curious. Remember to leave some samples (that’s what the Wild Oranges are for as part of the Local Empower Kit).  Any person owning and running a business deserves to know there is another way to create success for their family.

Another powerful way is utilizing Linkedin. People often make the mistake that posting many times a day to Facebook will grow a business. Sure it has worked for some but I can’t tell you how many terrific people I have found on LinkedIn. This is a powerful platform to connect with like minded entrepreneurs and business professionals.

3. Familarise yourself with the Compensation Plan and doTERRA rankings. 

When I say familiarize I don’t expect you to know the Unileval chart back to front! 

What you do need to know is how to structure your business and what it takes to start earning considerate income (Premier and above). 

In your back office you will see…

PV = Points Value (How much you personally order a month)

OV = Overall Value (Your personal order and your entire organisation) 

doTERRA Compensation Plan

There are several different ways to earn with doTERRA.

  1. Fast Start (Paid weekly
  2. Power of 3 (Paid monthly)
  3. Unilevel and Bonuses (Paid monthly)

Ranks in doTERRA

  1. Wellness Advocate:

Once a wholesale account is created, the WA must make a purchase of at least 50PV (Product Volume) to dip into the unileval commissions. The initial order does not have to be of the LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program) template.

  1. Manager:

A WA will become a manager once they have personally made a monthly purchase of at least 100PV and have an Overall Collective Team Volume (OV) of 500PV.

  1. Director:

A Manager becomes a Director with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV, and have an OV of 1000 PV.

  1.  Executive:

A Director becomes an Executive with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV, and have an OV of 2000 PV.

  1. Elite:

An Executive becomes an Elite with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV, and an OV of 3,000 PV.

  1. Premier:

An Elite becomes a Premier when they purchase at least 100 PV, and have an OV of 5000 PV. This is where structuring starts to come into effect, as a Premier will also have 2 Executives who are personally enrolled and not in the same leg as each other.

  1. Silver:

A Premier becomes a Silver with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV. A Silver will also have 3 Elites who are personally enrolled and not in the same leg as each other. (Tip: Once you hit Silver you have an account manager).

  1. Gold:

A Silver becomes a Gold with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV. A Gold will also have 3 Premiers who are personally enrolled and not in the same leg as eachother.

  1. Platinum:

A Gold becomes Platinum with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV. A Platinum will also have 3 Silvers who are personally enrolled and not in the same leg as each other.

  1. Diamond:

A Platinum becomes a Diamond with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV. A Diamond will also have 4 Silvers who are personally enrolled and not in the same leg as each other.

  1. Blue Diamond:

A Diamond becomes a Blue Diamond with a monthly  purchase of at least 100 PV. A Blue Diamond will also have 5 Golds who are personally enrolled and not in the same leg as each other.

  1. Presidential Diamond:

A Blue Diamond becomes a Presidential Diamond with a monthly purchase of at least 100 PV. A Presidential Diamond will also have 6 Platinums who are personally enrolled and not in the same leg as each other.

  1. Double Diamond:

As soon as the Wellness Advocate has hit that elusive rank of Presidential Diamond, they have the option to start a second account to maximise their income potential. A Presidential Diamond will advance to Double Diamond when this second account has reached Diamond.

  1. Double Blue Diamond:

Double Blue Diamond is achieved when the second account achieves Blue Diamond.

  1. Double Presidential Diamond:

Double Presidential Diamond is when the second account achieves Presidential Diamond.
